Spanish Rice Bake
This recipe is really good! I added some Celery, a can of Green Chiles, and an extra can of tomatos when I made it. I didn't put any brown sugar in it, but I put some extra pepper and some italian seasoning in it. I also used El Pato Sauce (found in the hispanic food section in a yellow can) in it for the Chile sauce. It made it a little spicey, but it was very good! Next time instead of the extra can of tomatos, I am going to use a can of Tomato soup. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Million Dollar Fudge
The BEST fudge recipe I have come across!! I made this fudge for Christmas gifts, and put it in Christmas Tins. They came out absolutely amazing, and everyone was complimenting me on them and even made requests for them next year! One batch, I added small Marshmallows to make it into "Rocky Road" fudge, and some with and without nuts. No matter what you do to these, they turn out GREAT!! I threw away all of my old fudge recipes after finding this one. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Fresh Apple Cake I
This was a great cake! I had some Apples that I needed to use, and this was a great way to use them! I baked mine in a regular cake pan instead of a cast iron skillet, and it came out great. I also didn't put any nuts in it, and added a little extra apples. I topped the cake with cream cheese frosting, and we couldn't stop eating it! You could also make muffins or cupcakes out of this recipe.
