This recipe was a huge hit with men, women, teens, and children. I could not find raspberries, ao I substitued with blue berries. I generously added cilantro and substituted sugar with splenda and the brown sugar with splenda brown sugar mix. I also used natural preserves, no sugar added. I used Cinnamon sugar graham crackers instead of chips for the kids. The adults and teens ended up eating more as a salad with very little chips. I made it as an appetizer, but it followed us to the table as a wonderful compliment to the ham and pork loin. Every single person asked for the recipe and some called within a few days to say they had already made it. It is on our menu for Super Bowl Sunday!
