I brought this for a pot-luck lunch at work and received requests for the recipe from virtually everyone. It was so easy to make ahead of time, just needing to mix the dressing and salad mixin's at the last minute. I've since made it for family gatherings and even the people who don't think they like spinach salad love it!!!
