Kung Pao Chicken

We loved it! I didn't measure a thing and I floured and fried the chicken to make it crispy and so that the sauce would sink in and stick! I added broccoli and left out the water chestnuts. It was wonderful! Really, really great!

Mediterranean Seafood Salad

Very good! I added Thousand Island dressing instead of Catalina. I didn't use dijon mustard, I used yellow. I didn't add the olives or the cheese. It's pretty basic, but I think that my kids and my guests are going to enjoy this with a lettuce salad.

Buttery Corn Bread

I loved this recipe! I made this with a combination of whole wheat, rye and white flour and it was delicious. I am using the bit of leftovers in stuffing for a pork roast this weekend!
