Easiest Spicy Cod
Made this last night and was so pleasantly surprised! I mixed Trader Joe's salsa verde with a nice red salsa since I needed to use them up. Half way through baking, I topped it with feta cheese. WOW! 30 minutes was perfect. There seemed to be lots of juice but even that was delicious. We are eating much more fish lately, and this will be made often, especially since it can be prepared with a variety of ingredients/ spices, etc.. Recipe earns five stars because the base recipe is such a brilliant idea.

Basil Shrimp
Delicious! Wonderful marinade, but next time I think I'll reduce the amount of melted butter in it; just didn't find the full amount was necessary. I increased garlic and frankly, as other reviewers suggested, an hour is far too long to marinate the shrimp. 20 minutes max. Be careful not to overcook. Depending upon the size of the shrimp, it may take just a minute a side, etc. Will make this again for certain.

Grandma Jeanette's Amazing German Red Cabbage
Made this yesterday. FABULOUS! I used a huge granny smith and used stevia rather than sugar and it turned out fine this way. The ground clove was interestingly wonderful in this. About one half of a medium sized cabbage equaled the 5 cups. Next time I'll double the recipe for sure. I braised the cabbage for over 2.5 hours. Delicious, nutritious and actually so simple to make and tweak according to personal tastes.
