Easy Oatmeal Muffins
Overdone at 20 minutes, fairly bland. Will try with 1/3 cup brown sugar next time.

Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf
Oh My, my 13 year old son's favorite meal, but I never want to heat the house up with the oven, in the summer, so I tried this. It was great! the only difference was I wrapped it in foil and set it on a small loaf pan in the slower cooker, and punched 2 holes at each end so the grease and such could drain. It would have gotten 5 stars if there were a way to make it crispy on the top.

Parmesan Herb Bread
I found this recipe last night and made it this morning. My kids said the house smelled like Pizza Hut! They loved it. Next time i think I'll add a bit more salt.
