I've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it! Instead of the green onions and pimentos I just chop up some sliced jalepeno peppers. I also use the fancy shredded parmesan cheese, NOT the kind in the can. Yummy!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is awesome! I took other reviewers advice and added 1/4 cup of peanut butter and 1/4 cup of flour to thicken it up a little and added 1 tsp of vanilla for a little extra flavor. I used creamy peanut butter since we didn't have chunky on hand. I made some by rolling them in granulated sugar (another reviewer's suggestion) before putting them on the cookie sheet and I made some without the sugar to compare the two. The cookies rolled in sugar are much better! I guess sugar makes everything better. :)

Flip-Flop Cobbler

This was a super easy cobbler and it tasted delicious. I used peaches and strawberries. Next time I'll probably use a 9x13 pan (instead of the 8x8 that I used). The middle was a little underdone while the edges were overdone. So I'm thinking if I use a larger pan that should solve the problem.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

I followed the recipe exactly and was a bit skeptical when I realized how dense the batter is. So, I came back here and read the reviews and decided to just try the batch as the recipe states. I did smooth out the tops first before sticking them in the oven. Let me just say... these muffins are AMAZING!! I don't even like pumpkin that much (they are more for my husband), but I'm loving these muffins! My husband thinks they're pretty amazing too!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

This is our new birthday cake for the kids. Neither one of my kids (ages 4 and 8) particularly like regular cake so they swoon when I bring this out with candles on top!

Crescent-Topped Casserole

This turned out wonderfully. I halved the recipe since we have a small family. I used about 1/2 a jar of spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce seasoning. I took another reviewer's suggestion and mixed the sour cream and the mozzarella together and then spread it on top of the meat after putting it in the 8x8 pan. It tastes like lasagna, but without all of the work.
