Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
Very flavorful and oil stayed in pan. A little salty? Used Garlic Pepper as no powder and maybe salt was in that. Served with brown rice and carrots w butter and dill. In My Recipe Box!

So...the day before you are going to make these, bring to a boil whole potato, skin and all, take off heat and leave potato in water til cool. Next day grate and follow recipe. I only added 1 egg to 2 c grated potato and flour, onion, SnP. Great!

Bada Bing Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
1252 is WAY too much SALT! But...these are really good! I will cut down recipe to half as there was too much sauce and a waste. Very flavorful and a good heat on the lips!!! Will make again. Also used no bone chops and very tender.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
Excellent....first time cooking tuna and this was stunningly easy and good. Mine was triangular in shape so cut 2"x2" +/- covered with oil, SnP and cayene...my hubby thought to peppery but I loved it. It is what gives you the crust. 45 seconds/side. Nice crust and raw but warm centre!!! Yummy!!!

Super Easy Seared Ahi Tuna

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
First time! Excellent. I rubbed coarse sea salt, coarse ground pepper and a tad of caynene and oil all over. Cut into 1-2 " squares and BBq'd on sears 45 seconds on 4 sides and YUMMY!. Did make wasabi, ali oili, seafoood sauce, soya/wasabi but with the crust, the dips were not necessary. Will be doing this again!

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2010
Easy for sure. Made my own chicken broth and no onion soup mix as we are watching salt intake. Used tomato paste, italian seasoning & chili powder along with fresh carrots, cauliflower, onion and frozen veges. Very tasy.

Dragan's Leg of Lamb with Garlic and Beer

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2010
Very easy and tasty!!! Like the one pan idea and roasted potatos were memories of a dish my mom used to make. Garlic cloves in and coated with SnP and mustard and let sit in fridge overnight. More mustard and 1/2 hour at 400 and 1.5 hrs at 3.75 - perfect!!!
