My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2012
This was fantastic, tho I didn't have the white wine on hand and it was still delish! Please the better half also and at 67 he still wants it moma's way. which he is learning the hard way because I don't know moma's ways lol. When we first got married 8 yrs ago he would stand in kitchen and say that not the way my moma did it and since I never knew moma he better stay clear on the way my moma did it lol. Which was very much like this recipe and he did love and eat and wanted more! No treaking anything. All the same except I didn't have wine on hand.

Banana Pudding II

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2011
This recipe is to die for, fantastic! All I did was add extra vanila since all I had was imitation and doubled it. Hubby just couldn't resist in helping out, adding the wafers and the banana's. We like a lot of wafers and used the whole box. Ten star rating from us. Thank you VETTE66

This was excellant! I did beat whole egg with a little olive oil added for coating. Also used the cooling rack on a nontick cookie pan, lol. My husband just love it and can't wait for more!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This is the best! I didn't have the marinated artichokes. So I just added a little Italian dressing and use sour cream instead of mayo. Added salt, pepper and cayenne with an additional onion & garlic powder. Took to a party and everyone wanted the recipe.

This is the best. I had to have the ingredients because I didn't have enough on hand and put it in a 8x8x2in glass dish and it turned out wonderful and my Hubby loved it! Had to bake about 5 or so minutes longer though

Snow Ice Cream II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
Hey try 1cp milk and 1 cup of liquid vanilla coffer creamer and I tried vanilla butternut flavoring and it is great! Turned it yellow but still was good. We also add 1 whole egg to ours. Have been making it for years. We mix all the liquid with the sugar real good first and then add the snow last.
