I loved it! this is my first time making meatloaf and I was happily suprised that it turend out good. I subbed instant oats for bread crumbs, used 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef, added tumeric, chili poweder and itialin sasoning to the meat. and added tamarind, honey, clove, galric powder to the sauce. put into 2 loaf pans and cooked for 1 hour. The meatloaf was a bit too soft, but I prefuer that instad of thick dry meat. I will make this agian thanks!!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
I loved this brownie recipe definitely a keeper, i made them a week ago and loved it. i didn't have sugar so i used honey, i used wheat flour, and olive oil in place of butter. they turned out great. don't over bake them, i didn't but i know a lot of people have a tendency to over bake when they push the center in. just stick a tooth pick, they'll come out clean and let them cool for like 5 -10 minutes and they're ready to eat. great with ice cream. thanks! today i will try adding peanut-butter in place of the cocoa powder, hope it goes well. oh and this recipe is 100 times better then One-Bowl Brownies, those come out nasty ever time i make them.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2011
AWESOME SAUCE!!!! This is my new fav recipe, out-beating "Worlds best pasta sauce" on all recipes. I made a few modifications: 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese,chili-powder, tumeric, garlic powder, and garlic, and seasoned homemade breadcrumbs instead of the plain. For the sauce I used 1 tomatoe in place of the canned, 1/4 cup of rice vinegar which gave it more flavor then water, I'm half Asian Indian so I have to add chili-powder, tumeric, garlic powder, and garlic to everything! basil,bay-leaf,oregano went in too. I formed 14 meatballs and dropped them raw into the sauce (i never cook them before too much work and the meatballs soak up the flavor of the sauce)I even added a bit of milk since another reviewer said something about adding milk to thicken/ make the sauce creamier. Served with fettuccine pasta cuz that's all I had. My sister and brother love it!! :D

Naan

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
I really liked this nana recipe I`ve never made nana before so I wanted it to turn out really great! and It did this dough CAN be frozen t after you make the dough and when your not ready to use it. when you are just unthaw. I added the garlic and it was tasty. I also used olive oil because that`s the only oil I use to cook with. But I have one critique: Roll the dough out thinly BEFORE you cook it if you don`t it will not rise and it WILL BE RAW ON THE INSIDE NO MATTER HOW BROWN IT LOOKS OUTSIDE!!!! AND COOKING IT IN A SKILLET MAKES FOR FASTER COOKING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR MAKING THIS FOR DINNER OR WHEN YOUR HUNGRY.
