I love this recipe- I have been making a variation for years. I also add dried mustard to the topping and sub ketchup for the tomato sauce. I also like to add a little oregano to the ground beef just for personal taste. Very filling easy meal!

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

What a wonderful bread recipe! It has the perfect amount of sweetness and is great for breakfast. I make this regularly for my family and it never lasts long. I have actually found that this does better in my bread machine than in the oven. Every time I try to cook in the oven it ends up with a dark crust but still not done in the middle.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

absolutely wonderful! This is my husband's new favorite!!! I used the dough cycle on my bread machine and formed the dough into a ball. I let it rise again for about 30 minutes then baked- the result was a beautiful large round.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Wonderful recipe- my husband and I loved it. We will do pork this way from now on! I ended up with WAY too much egg wash and breading even after double breading. Next time I will only use 1 egg and 1T milk and cut back on the bread crumbs.

Butternut Squash Soup

this soup is just divine! I roasted the squash and added just a touch of ginger and cinnamon. I also went with 1/2 the cream cheese (reduced fat). I will be making this many more times!
