Frank's(R) Red Hot(R) Buffalo Chicken Dip
My family LOVES this dip! My husband asks for it all the time as a somewhat healthier version of eating wings (no fried stuff, anyway). It is great for parties, but sometimes we make it just to keep around for snacking with either crackers, tortillas, or celery! Oh, I often throw all of the ingredients in the crock pot and let them melt down all gooey. So easy!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
These beans were SO good! Easy as pie (or beans, rather) to make. Just put them in the crock pot and when they were done, they were delicious! Full of flavor, and so glad to know it is a healthier option than canned.

Lentil Stew
This was the first time I had ever had or made lentil stew. My husband was wanting more beans and lentils in his diet to help his BP. It was pretty good. I think maybe lentils are something for my family to get used to. This was an easy recipe, and one I will probably make again!
