Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2013
One of the easiest recipes ever and my family LOVES it! Seriously, they line up with their hoagie rolls ready to go! One thing I did do was double the au jus. One package is not enough.

Spooky Witches' Fingers

These were fun to make! The store was out of red gel, so I used black. Came out just as creepy!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
This was amazing! This recipe is definitely a keeper. I did use ground ginger - about a teaspoon instead of the grating the fresh ginger. It turned out perfect. It's one of those dishes you keep wanting to eat and eat until it's all gone. Everyone in the family liked it.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2011
I made this exactly as the recipe stated and the eggs really were perfect! The yolks were a perfect yellow - not discolored as some get. I will use this recipe every time.

Slow Cooker Pork Cacciatore

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
This is my absolute FAVORITE recipe! The only thing I omit is the olive oil. I just use non-stick spray. No other changes need to be made - it's perfect!

Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
I did use the Greek Low Fat Yogurt, strained it and it turned out perfect! I chopped the cucumbers and used about 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon, but after folding all the ingredients and letting is sit in the refrigerator over night, I felt it needed a little more juice, so I added about another 1/8 of a cup of fresh lemon. It was REALLY garlicy, which I like, but I might try only 2 cloves of garlic next time and can add more, if I feel it needs it.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
I wouldn't exactly call this 'quick'. Once everything is prepped, then yes. The cooking portion is easy, although messy because you have to use so many pans. The end result was well worth it, though. My 9 year-old ate two helpings! That never happens! I'll make it again, but I'll be better prepared. And, P.S., if you don't have Savory, use thyme. It's comparable.
