Strawberry Bread
I made it exactly like the recipe said and it came out great! I kept one loaf for home and the other I took to work to share. They raved about it as well. I will say, one of the loafs took exactly 45 minutes, but the other took 55. I firmly believe it was the cheap back-up pan I used. Not sure what metal is was made of, but I won't be using that again. I also will be trying this with blueberries and rasberries, next!

Ground Beef Mexican Style
I love this dish. I did take one reviewer's advice and added salt, Cumin and chili powder. I didn't have green onions, so used regular and instead of salsa, I added one can of Rotel Tomatoes undrained (Original). I cooked the beef with the onions and green pepper. When I added the Rotel, I simmered with the seasonings. My 14-year-old LOVED it and ate the leftovers. It did have a little kick with the Chili Powder. I will definitely make this every chance I get.

Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip
One of the easiest recipes ever and my family LOVES it! Seriously, they line up with their hoagie rolls ready to go! One thing I did do was double the au jus. One package is not enough.
