Janet's Rich Banana Bread

LOVE this bread! I mash the bananas, but that is the only change. I find myself buying bananas just to let them go bad!

This is the best recipe! After dozens of times making sugar cookies, and several recipes, I have mastered them! I make them as it is written. These are my favorite tips: roll out on parchment paper and use confectioners sugar instead of flour when rolling them out. And don't forget to refrigerate for at least an hour (more is better).

Stuffed Peppers

It was yummy. I added long grain brown rice to the meat/tomato sauce mixture an let it cook for 40 min, then stuffed the peppers.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

So Yummy! I used a store bought crust that needed to be used up. I added a lot more onion and more carrots. I also added a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Way too much for 1 pie, will make 2 next time. This recipie is going in my regular rotation.

Great Garlic Bread

A new favorite. Requested by hubby all the time. I did substitute the cheese for parmasan cheese and mixed it all together. Perfect.

Banana Cake V

Cool Whipped Frosting

Yummy! A nice change once in a while to the sweet stuff. I have made it with Cool Whip and my own whipped topping. Both were good.

Comforting Cube Steaks

Yummy!! Even my kids (2 and 3) ate it! I used steak seasoning instead of the cajun (I do not like spicy) and used real onions instead of the onion soup. I baked for abou 90 min. We used venison cube steak and venison steak. Both were wonderful! I served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. As my husband says "add to my list of favorites!"
