Swanson® Pan-Seared Steaks with Mushroom Gravy

This was very good! Threw the steaks on the grill the second time and it was even better. Great with mashed potatoes and/or fresh bread.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

My family loves this recipe and my mom requests this on her birthday! Be sure to use plenty of spinach and tomatoes as it cooks down. I use way more than 1 clove of garlic and also add parmesan cheese at the end. Delicious and looks very pretty!

Original Homemade Italian Beef

I have made this recipe twice in the last 2 weeks. So good and so easy! When I made it for the kids, I added just the pepperoncinis without the juice and the spiciness was just right. I used less than half a jar. Served on fresh bread with provolone cheese slices. Delicious!

Meatballs and Sauce

I make these for EVERY party I host and they are always a hit. This is my "secret" meatball recipe because I don't want anyone to know how easy it is! I make them in the crock pot for about 5 hours and serve from the crock pot with toothpicks. I've eaten leftovers on fresh bread, which is also delicious.

Cajun Shrimp

I didn't have any thyme, but this still came out great. I kept the mixture in a tupperware and use it frequently. I cook it with shrimp and serve with spicy yellow rice or spanish rice. I also sometimes add chopped tomatoes. Very easy and healthy.
