One Minute Chocolate Icing

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
Our 11 year old daughter tried to make her own icing, without a recipe, to match her grandmother's. It didn't turn out, so I suggested she use this recipe and we absolutely LOVED IT. it was very delicious and made just enough to cover our cake. We will use this recipe again.

Appetizer Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
This is a great recipe. I didn't have mushrooms nor do my children enjoy eating them, so their kabobs were chicken only. I added sauteed green pepper and onions to the adults kabob. The kids enjoy using kabob sticks, to change things up a bit. Great Idea!

Potato Soup III

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
My husband, oldest daughter and I all enjoy this recipe. We do not add the corn but the rest of the recipe is perfect for our taste. This is the only potato soup I will make from now on.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
We started the pork at 5 a.m. so it was ready for us to eat for lunch after church. We served with french fries and/or chips and our family of 8 was satisfied. AND we were able to have any leftovers throughout the day and evening.
