Playgroup Granola Bars
Very Yummy! I followed another reader's suggestion as I am diabetic. I substituted 1/4 c + 2 Tbls Splenda Brown Sugar for the brown sugar and I substituted 1/3 cup Agave for the honey, I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil and Whole wheat flour for all- purpose. I added 1/8 tsp of baking powder. I also threw in some almonds and just a few dried cranberries. It was good, next time I might cut back on the Agave a little more as it was a little sweet. Thanks though for the great recipe and other readers changes!
