Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Everyone loved these! I actually cheated and used the same peanut butter cookie dough I was using for the peanut blossoms, but everyone though they were great! That little extra peanut butter from the pb cup added that little extra umph. Thanks for sharing!

Colored Sugar

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
Very easy to make. And it's a pretty decoration.. Just a little tip I picked up, if you get food coloring on your hands, you can wash your hands with an SOS pad. Only down side to this recipe is that when I sprinkled it on sugar cookie icing it melted into the icing.

Rum Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
Very good cake. I used slivered almonds for the nuts; and the only thing I did differently is when it was time to glaze it, I poured half the glaze into the bundt pan, put the cake back in it, and poured the rest of the glaze on top then just waited until it was soaked into the cake.

Microwave Fried Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
I just made this for my mom and I. I followed the directions to the T until the rice wasn't cooking. So I had to add an extra 1 1/2c water. Then finished it off how the directions said. We sat down and agreed, it had a little too much soy sauce in it. I'd maybe make it again but use less soy sauce and more water.

Very yummy! And super moist too. I made it with German Chocolate cake and coconut pecan frosting dipped in chocolate coating. I sprinkled some with coconut, some with pecans, and left some plain.

Very good. Everyone in my family has loved it! I put coconut between the layers and around the edges of the cake after it was frosted. Then put pecans on the top of the cake.

Very tasty chicken. Mine wasn't crispy, but it had a good flavor. I also added pepper, parsley, and an herb garlic seasoning I got from Washington. Very good.

I loved this cookie!! I actually forgot to put the walnuts, but it still tasted great. I drizzled a few of them with caramel ice cream topping for a little extra caramel flavor. YUM!

These are very good. More of a cake like texture, but taste great. I used 1tsp cinnamon and 1tsp pumpkin pie spice to give it more of a pumpkiny flavor. Everyone loved them!!
