Ultimate Irresistible Granola

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2013
Ermahgerd so good!!! You do not need to change a thing with this recipe. It's perfect the way it is! Great recipe use it all the time now. The best part of the recipe is that it uses canola oil instead of vegetable oil. A much healthier substitute. Occasionally I'll add M&M's or do half honey half pure maple syrup, but that just to switch it up. Like I said recipe is great as is! Yum!

Happy Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
Half way through making the recipe I did a quick taste thought the recipe would be bland, but the finished product was amazing!! I have since made this over and over. The recipe as is, is definitely a 5 star. If you want to change it up a bit I often substitute a dollop of sour cream and some whole milk for the heavy whipping cream. Sometimes I add a 1/3cup shredded mozzarella to it also. Again this recipe AS IS is still a 5 star!

My Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
Sorry but this recipe was lacking. I am a chocolate chip cookie lover and I am trying to find that perfect recipe. The cookies were OK, but the shortening made the cookies somewhat greasy and not as flavorful. The recipes that use butter are usually better for you and have a better richer flavor. Cream of Tarter was a nice touch, i would try it in my own chocolate chip recipe.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
This was a really great bread. I used all the ingredients that the recipe call for, except I didn't use vegetable oil or a bread machine. I dissolved the honey in the warm water then I added the yeast. Then I let it sit till it was foamy. Once foamy, I added the salt and canola oil. After this was mixed I added the wheat flour and bread flour. I let it sit until it rose about an inch above the pan, then put it in the oven. WOW! Best wheat bread I have made so far. Thanks for a great recipe!

This recipe was so great! Only thing I did different was that I used Olive oil instead of Vegetable oil. The chicken still came out perfect!
