White Chocolate Fudge
This tastes wonderful, I left out the pecans, but I definitely think it needs them (or some addition). Like other reviewers mentioned it is very soft. I made the recipe thinking that is how I like my fudge, soft and melt in your mouth, but honestly it is a little too soft, it does set up fine, but just wish it were a little firmer. I will definitely make this recipe again, I think next time with macadamia nuts.

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies
These turned out terrible, hard as a rock. And I did not overbake, first batch I got out at 10 min, then cut it down to 8min. I tried these because my normal cookie recipe uses all butter flavored crisco (and they are wonderful) But my husband "thinks" butter will make a better cookie. Not so, I will be going back to my favorite chocolate chip recipe with all shortening

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
We loved these, I only rated it a 4 because I changed it a bit. I cooked onion with the beef and seasoned the beef with salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic powder. I also just used regular hamburger buns. Everyone loved them, including my 2 year old!
