Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2009
these are really good but they definitely need an extra Tbsp of butter and an extra splash of milk unless you like your potatoes more stiff i like mine real creamy..so thats what i did and they were excellent

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
this was OK. that's about it...it wasn't bad...it was easy to throw everything together and just put in the oven but it was a little bit bland...probably won't make this again..noone made any comments about it being bad but noone said it was good either..

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
this is AWESOME. it's really really spicy, i think you could get away with using 2 oz of green chillies and 2 oz jalapenos vs. 4 oz..unless you really really like the heat...it was really good either way also very easy to prepare and the bread tastes so good with it!

Three Cheese Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
very good! What I did was I did not use the Worcestershire sauce, I used 2 cups elbow macaroni, and on top of the cheddar I also added 1/4 of a 1 lb block of velveeta cheese to make it more creamy because many had complained that this was too dry! You must cover this for the hour baking time otherwise it will dry out! you could take out every so often and stir, and let it sit for a few minutes after it comes out to set! This is very good!! Even people who don't like cottage cheese, you can't taste it and if you are THAT worried just go without I have faith that it will still be good!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
This is really really good! It was a little too salty for me though I think maybe leaving out the melted butter on top would have taken care of that! Very good and easy will make again!

Thanksgiving Yams

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
very good, very easy, you can crush the cookies in food processor it's soo much easier than using a glass or your hands, got many compliments this will be my yams recipe for holidays! Definitely put in a baking pan and top with marshmallows, then put under broiler for just a few minutes, watch close so they don't burn, really good!

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
mmm this was soo good, something different and a great way to use up your leftovers, definitely do the stuffing though like it says and don't use already made because it gave it a crunchiness...will definitely make again next year and years after...really good!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
mmm omg these are amazing, not even hard or a pain to make, i made them for thanksgiving and doubled the batch it filled my crock pot to the top i had them on high for hour and a half i forgot to put butter at the end but did not matter with the gravy, i loved the fact that they were hot when dinner was ready, will make these again and again, got many compliments, also left the skins on, taste better than in a restaraunt, wonderful!!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
really really good, i butterflied 3 large chicken breasts and stuffed them with one slice of ham each and mozzarella and cheddar cheese (hate swiss) and then covered in the soup/milk mix on top and bottom, added half of the stuffing and topped with a little melted butter, i added the other half of the stuffing a half hour before it was done, i only cooked on high for 3 hours and everything was wonderful don't know why people gave such bad reviews

Toll House Crumbcake II

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
this was good, didn't need to cook as long as stated maybe 30-35 minutes, the crumb topping didn't even matter in my opinion maybe i should've doubled it but it just bakes right into it and you don't even notice it i think it should be added later not as soon as you put it in the oven, it is pretty good but definitely only need about 1/2 cup in topping or none at all, and 1 cup in cake mix

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
This was really good, double the meat, the soup, and the water, add half pkg dry onion soup mix, I didn't use onion because of that, I added a small can of mushrooms and served over buttered egg noodles. The sauce could be a little thicker but it was very good, only needs to cook on LOW for 5 hours. I used 4 oz of ONLY sour cream, no cream cheese. Def a good dish with these changes!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
These were really good, I only used about 1/2 the 17.5 oz bottle of Frank's and I think that was perfect. I would only cook for about 5 hours that's all it needs. We put mozzarella and ranch on top..really good and easy!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This had an odd taste, I think it may have been the cheddar as opposed to american, and it was very very dry...I'm going to look around for a better mac n cheese recipe with maybe american cheese since it gives off a creamier consistency..my fiance said it was really good but, there's definitely better out there

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This is sooo good, I made meatballs with it instead of crumbling ground beef in it, I made the meatballs seperately and added after spaghetti was out of the oven..I also used mozzarella on top because I thought it made more sense, you really only need 1/2 lb of spaghetti and that is plenty unless you're feeding a whole crew...the sour cream/cream cheese is very yummy! Definitely a keeper!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2009
This casserole is absolutely amazing, wasn't sure because of all the reviews saying it was bland. Didn't even use the curry powder, didn't have it. I used about 1 1/2 pkgs frozen broccoli because that's what I had. I cooked the Broccoli first I added about 3/4 cup cheddar on top of the casserole with some crushed garlic cheese croutons about halfway through cooking time it did need that extra cheese, but was wonderful the black olives and the sour cream are key ingredients. Love this!
