Absolutly Fantabulous! I made it the night before, and used it the next lunchtime. The tomatos were enriched with flavour making it double yummy!

Pumpkin Pie Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2003
My mom made this recipe for at least 15 years at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Its an excellent alternative to pumpkin pie for those of us who can't (or claim laziness) on making pie crust. Super yummy with whip cream, or ice cream on top, served warm!

Apple Banana Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2003
This really is the BEST banana muffin recipe I've found. I've made banana muffins for over 15yrs now, and tried many recipes, but this is my families favorite. I chopped the apples like other people mentioned, as well as adding raisins. Fabulous! Two Thumbs Up!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2003
Good cookies, kinda crunchie texture with all the oatmeal, but wonderful flavor. I added 1/2 again more of the spices to give more flavor.

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2007
I didnt have any peanuts on hand when I made this, and guessed at how many 14oz of carmels would be, but my kids loved this! For the icing, I used 3/4cup chocolate chips, and 1/2 butterscotch chips. Twas Fabulous!

Awesome Carrot Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2007
These are great! ONly change I made was to add 2 grated apples to it, and reduced the carrot by about a cup. Very moist, and everyone loves them!

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2007
Easiest cake ever! Instead of using whipcream on the top, I made a package of instant vanilla pudding, and spread it on the top, then sprinkled it with coconut. Ive already made this 3times in the last 2weeks as EVERYONE raves about it!

Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2007
Very good soup when you add the can of cream of chicken soup like the others have mentioned, and cut the cheese down to 1 cup.

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

I loved this muffin! I added 1 cup of dried cranberries, then used one lemon (grated the rind and added all the juice). It worked out to 2tbsp of lemon juice, but it was Fabulous!

Sandy's Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2007
I made this cake for my Mother-in-laws birthday. I used a heart shaped cake pan, and ended up with 4 layers. Inbetween the layers I put a layer of those chocolate mint thins when the cake was warm so they could melt slightly before putting the next layer on top. This is by FAR the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever made, even without the mint, and I've made ALOT.

Crazy Cake

Awesome cake for those with Egg Allergies! My mom made this same one when I was little but it was called "Wacky Cake". Tastes awesome! I added about 1/4cup more cocoa just to punch up the chocolate flavor.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs IV

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
This was fantastic! I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 just because I personally like more sauce and had to add more pineapple juice and brown sugar.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
My 6 & 8 year old kids made this with themselves. I only supervised (have to make sure no egg shells made their way into the cookies!) Not only was this a very easy recipe, it is excellent! We divided the batter in half. My daughter put chocolate chips and m&m's in her half, and my son used raisins and toffee bits in his half. BOTH have been rated a 10!

Sticky Apple Biscuits

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
I made these in a 9x13 pan as suggested, and they turned out great, except they flopped over sideways. Next time, I would use a 7x11 pan so they would all be touching to hold them up. Great flavor!
