Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli was extremely flavorful. I thought it was good but my boyfriend thought it was excellent. He ate all I made! I only cooked it for approximately 12-15 minutes and it was done slightly al dente - just the way we like it. Be careful with the lemon juice because the flavor comes on very strong, so pour conservatively. I also sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on at the end and let it melt before serving which I thought really added to the dish.

Garlic Chicken

This chicken turned out delicious! I did crush more garlic than it called for to make sure that the oil that the chicken was dipped in had really absorbed the flavor. Then I cooked it for 30 minutes. This recipe was quick, easy, and flavorful and I will definitely be making it again!

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops

With a few changes this was wonderful. I make 2 chops and sprinkle garlic pepper on top of them then wrap the bacon after it was been lightly fried. Then I cook these for about 20-25 minutes or so then sprinkle mozz. cheese on top and cook another 10 minutes or so. They come out moist & perfectly cooked and delicious! My boyfriend loves them.
