Probably one of my favorite things I have ever made! They are definitely going to be a staple at our house now! I used regular oats--not instant, and opted out of the cranberries, choc chips, and coconut. I used almonds, dates and raisins--about 3.5 cups worth. And I also used the skim condensed milk. I cooked them on a Pam sprayed Silpat mat, and they didn't stick a bit. I cut them within 5 minutes, but didn't take them out till completely cooled. They turned out so hearty, chewy, sweet, and delicious! This gets 6 stars in my book!
