I've made this several times now and it's fantastic! I make this as directed, but I don't add the wine. Also I only use fresh herbs when available, dried work just as well. Thanks for a great recipe!

Gourmet Tuna Salad
Just made this for my lunch and it's a keeper! I followed the recipe with the following exceptions. I didn't add the capers(I don't like capers) and I left out the almonds(I like almonds, but not in my tuna). I also cut the recipe in half because it was just for me. I used light sour cream and a combo of light & regular Hellmans Mayo, to cut some of the calories. Love the addition of the olives and worchestshire sauce!! Served mine over a bed of lettuce...will definitely make this again! Thx

Key Lime Pie VII
Made this last night, was a little worried about how it was going to turn out because I only had 2 fresh limes in my fridge, but I had to have some key lime pie! I used the juice from the 2 limes I had and substituted Roses sweetened lime juice for the rest. I also only had light sour cream on hand, but I did have a box of Graham cracker crumbs, so I made my own crust. I found like other reviewers that 2 - 14oz. Cans of the condensed milk was plenty(just make sure to get every bit of milk out of the cans). Baked as directed, but found mine took about 9-10 min, could just be my oven. Yum! This pie came out so terrific, I was worried for nothing! Next time I will try using all fresh limes though, would like to see if it's even better. Thanks for the great recipe!!
