Sweet Potato Pie I
I used buttermilk vs regular milk because I had some to use up, and I used half brown sugar half white sugar. I also added a bit of ginger. It was fluffly and delish! I served it with my spaghetti squash and Moose Meatballs. Perfect fall combination!
