Rhubarb Dream Bars
They needed a LOT longer to bake... great concept. I added 1/2 tsp almond extract and 1 package of sliced almonds. My family was in LOVE with the recipie!

Cinnamon Rolls II
I made these using my kitchen aid dough hook. Once all the flour was incorperated I kneeded it for 5 min on a flour board and put aside in a bowl to let rise. I used dried cranberries rather than raisins and If I had an orange i would have used some zest as well. These Were great after I added extra cinnamon to the top when they were frosted (because they seemed mild). My kids were Delighted to wake up to these before school. The rolls turned out perfectly! A new family favorite!

Sweet Potato Pie I
I used buttermilk vs regular milk because I had some to use up, and I used half brown sugar half white sugar. I also added a bit of ginger. It was fluffly and delish! I served it with my spaghetti squash and Moose Meatballs. Perfect fall combination!
