Pizza Dough III

Fast, easy and delicious. Did also use more flour, about 1/2 cup more. Just kept adding while I kneaded it. Smooth as silk. Perhaps a tad more sugar or salt? I'm not sure, but chewy lovely crust, tender and DEEEEEElicious! Thank you

Broccoli Casserole II

First of all, COOK the broccoli, second.. it's missing something, maybe onions.. a little too bland. I topped it off with crushed ritz crackers, for a more buttery flavour, and had grated cheese just below the crackers.. a little better..

Maryland Crab Cakes I

I have NEVER made crab cakes before, wasn't so keen on them, but WOW!! Delicious! I used 227gm of immitation crab (should have used more), used 2 eggs, and 1 extra piece of bread. WOW! Flaky, tasty.. I didn't have the Seasoning requested, so I used Cayenne, Paprika and Garlic Powder, Pepper and Salt. And for an AWESOME side dip, A few pieces of jarred roasted red peppers, a half cup to a cup of mayonaise, and a few teaspoons to tablespoons of chili sauce *depends how hot you like it* WHAT AN EXCELLENT DISH!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I subsituted 1 cup of butter instead of the margarine and shortening and it made the PERFECT cookie. THANK YOU THANK YOU.. deeeelicious! I added chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips to the occassional cookie for a nice treat! Thanks again!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Who would have thought that chicken on a pizza could be this good! My husband does NOT like new things.. picky picky.. but he offered to try it, because he didn't know what was beneath all that cheese! Surprised? HE LOVED IT! It's a new favourite! Didn't use the pepper's they called for, but used roasted red peppers.. and Bullseye original BBQ sauce. PERFECT!

Granola Bars III

I've been searching out granola bar recipes for months now. This is the perfect one! The best consistency! I used sunflower seeds with the chocolate chips, and raisins.. YUMMY! Next time I'll use toffee pieces and broken peanut bits.. OH MY! This is to DIE for! Thanks!

Crispy Marshmallow Balls

Not bad. I had only half the marshmallows, and half the caramels.. (thanks to husband and son!) but halved was enough to satisfy us. These are VERY sweet.WOW. But really easy and gooey to make. Nice to make in hot weather.. the only thing on was my stove.. for a few minutes... thanks!

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Who would have thought something so simple could be such a hit, and taste so good? I thought at first the cream cheese, and Italian dry mix.. too much, right? TOO strong, but when combined with the cucumber on top (I skipped the dill) it was a perfect combo! It was the big hit of a baby shower I hosted! Melba rounds were used for the base, and I'm so happy with them I'm going to make them as a snack for my family this weekend! Thanks!

Oh my God! This was soo good. And partner dependant, the title may be true! I didn't think I should use all the creamy stuff it called for, it was having a hard time absorbing, but OH YEAH, OH YEAH, OH BABY, it was good! Thanks for the good time! I'll go have a cigaretter now!~ LOL
