Golden Yam Brownies

I made them just as the recipe directed. They are really fantastic!!! The icing really adds something extraordinary to them!

These cookies are absolutely delicious. I used chocolate pudding and substituted dried cherries instead of walnuts. They are definitely chewy. They will make a terrific addition to the holiday dessert platters that I give to friends!

Bundt Dutch Apple Cake

I LOVE this recipe. I just made this tonight and am already thinking about using other fruit in place of the apples. The cooking time was right on for me - 70 minutes. I was really worried about the cake sticking to the bundt, but it ended up slicker than a trout and slid right out!

Spinach Brownies

This is a very simple recipe that always comes out great. To serve as appetizers, I either slice into bite-size pieces or use a mini-muffin tray to make individual 'cupcakes.' I've also substituted chopped broccoli for the spinach. Mmmm, mmmm, good!
