Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2011
So amazing! I definetly would not waste time searing the beef. I used to be fully beleive in searing the outside first, but after making it without, i realized the falvour is just as good and the beef is alot more tender, plus it takes way less time and less dishes! I added a pack of Club House stew seasoning and a little more salt when it was done. Wonderful.

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Loved this... so sweet and oniony at the same time. I put it on a "cheese" salad... which is just lettuce, cheddar, mozza, parm, feta, tomatoes and cucumber... so wonderful.

Slow-Cooked Steak Fajitas

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
MMMM so good. I only had about five hours so i only cooked the first stage for 4 hours and it turned out fine. I added a bit of liquid smoke and worchestershire in the begninning as well. It never really thickened up but was still sooo good. Nice way to make flank steak more tender.

Sara's Soy Marinated and Cream Cheese-Stuffed Salmon

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
Wow, my boyfriend and i are generally fish haters but i wanted to try a salmon recipe that completely masks and fishy flavour. This is it! I actually enjoyed a piece of salmon for the first time in my life! I didn't have green onion so i just added a clove of garlic to the cream cheese mizture, so flavourful... i'd probably marinate the salmon for longer next time.

Three Cheese Manicotti II

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
Mmm so yummy and quite easy. Very rich in the cheese department though. You could probably make this with only one jar of pasta sauce and still have enough, our's was almost too saucy.

Dirty Diapers

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
Um wow.... my boyfriend and his three friends devoured these while wathcing football! So yummy, better than a cheeseburger! I added half a packet of onion soup mix to the beef and about half a cup of bbq sauce before taking it off the heat. I found it hard to roll the trianges if i made them to small so kept them pretty big. I used cheese slices and they turned out perfect.

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
So good and easy. I used evaporated milk because i happened to have an opened can - i would increase the sauce a little bit next time. I added garlic salt, celery salt and onion salt instead of normal salt.

German Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
Unreal! I made sure to drain the saurkraut really well and fried it in some butter and onions first. I used farmer's sausage instead of kielbasa because of DH's preference - didn't fry it first, but made sure to slice it really thin. It was sooo good and was a hit at a dinner of about 12 people - went way faster then the standard meat lasagna.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Pretty darn good and easy to pull together. I made sure to baste the chicken almost constantly for the last few minutes to make sure it was as saucy as possible. You have to flip it often to ensure it doesn't burn becuase of the honey!
