Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

One of the most delicious ways of preparing BBQ ribs. This is my go-to recipe as I think it's better than using an actual grill... Which could be bias due to my own laziness, but grilling in Colorado winters and summers are not my ideas of fun.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This is absolutely the best cheesecake recipe. The only thing that I do differently is wrapping my springform pan in extra large, heavy duty foil and place it in a bain marie (water bath) for even baking, which help prevent cracking. You have to be careful when placing the springform pan in a bain marie or else you can end up with a soggy crust. Prepare the bain marie before you transfer any of the batter to ensure that your springform pan does not have any leaks. MORENA's suggestions are also extremely helpful. My cheesecakes have never failed.

Bats and Cobwebs

I didn't have the cooking creme so I used 4 oz of cream cheese instead, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and fajita seasoning. It tasted good, but next time I think I'll try using less cream cheese as I wanted to taste more of the spaghetti sauce. Definitely going to make this again.

Mom's Mozzarella Chicken for Drew

There was nothing particularly special about this recipe. It just spaghetti with chicken. I added 1/4 cup of garlic and I couldn't taste any of the garlic or onions. I also added about half the amount of cheese which gave it a hint of cheese. This recipe seems like the start of a really good recipe.
