Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
I make this a couple times a year for my in-laws and there are never any leftovers. The only changes I make are I use brown sug instead of white and I like to broil a bag of mini marshmallows on top before serving.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
5star winner! Seriously lives up to its name. Ive followed the recipe exactly and its perfect but easy to play with. This last time I accidently picked up cook and serve pudding but no saw difference. I also made a banana pudding cake using vanilla mix and banana pudding, delicious and full of flavor. For a boxed cake this recipe rocks.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
This recipe is awesome! I did it in my kitchenaid stand mixer and it turned out perfect. My husband and his friend scarfed both loaves before I could serve dinner. Next time I will double. Tons better than grocery store bread. Will definitely make again!

Challah I

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
This bread was AMAZING! I cut down the servings from 30 to 20 and kept the eggs the same. I put all the ingredients in my bread machine and turned on the dough cycle. When that was done I punched it down, kneaded it for a while, and then braided it into one large loaf. I only baked it for 25 mins, the full 40 would have definitely burnt it. It was picture perfect! I cannot wait to make french toast in the morning!

I love this bread but found the recipe needs more salt and sugar. My first loaf without was very bland. After tweaking it a bit the bread tasted fantastic. Makes for DELICIOUS french toast!

Fudge Puddles

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
Delicous and simple! I will absolutely make these again! We didnt have a double boiler so I microwaved the chocolate chips till soft (30 seconds or so) then mixed in the condensed milk and microwaved again in 30 sec intervals, stirring inbetween, till blended and smooth. Worked like a charm!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2010
Best ever! Tasted better than Cinnabon! I made it in my Kitchenaid stand mixer. Paddled the liquids together and then let the dough hook do the rest of the work after adding all-purpose flour, allowing it to knead about 5 minutes. Made them bite size in a mini cupcake pan. Easy and will absolutely make again!

DELICIOUS! We used powdered sugar and dipped strawberries and golden delicious apple slices. Feeling pretty guilty that we ate the entire bowl in one night :) Will make again!

This recipe is horrible UNLESS you add an extra egg! Without is is dry and not worth baking. Trust me! Add the egg and you'll be happy.

Smooth Sweet Tea

Very good! I used only 1/2 cup of sugar and it was REALLY sweet. Made another batch using 1/4 cup of splenda which was equally as good, minus a few hundred calories ;)

Pretty good. My diabetic step-father really enjoyed them, my 2 yr old daughter did as well. I found them a little bland but still enjoyable. Just not my taste I suppose.
