Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
Superb! I didn't have the chili powser, cumin, or soy sause. I ended up using more cayenne, worschester sauce and taco seasoning. It was very yummy!!!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
AMAZING!!! I am obsessed with cinnamon and this is soooo good. It is moist and light. I did try a different crumb the second time I made it. 1 C Flour 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1 T Cinnamon Mix those 3 then cut in 6 tablespoons of butter. SOoo yummy! Plus I also drizzled icing over the top as well.

Rice and Lentil Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
This was a very tasty dish. Simple and easy and pretty healthy for you. One tip: when you drain meat after browning it, if you rince it with water you can drain off up to half the fat. One change, I would use an entire can of chicken broth

Simple with a superb flavor. I only used half the butter and it turned out just fine.

Blueberry Waffles with Fast Blueberry Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
Superb! Very easy and quick to make. I didn't wait the 30 minutes either for the batter and it turned out fine. However, I would put in a whole cup of blueberries to the batter if not more (but I really like the blueberry flavor).

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
This was an excellent recipe! I love that it wasn't too "peanut-buttery." However, I like my cookies thick and chewy so I added an extra 1/2 C of flour. Next time I think I will throw in some chocolate chips!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
This recipe was a major hit! Stayed moist for several days. The only thing I added was I brushed the top with honey butter once it came out of the oven. Mmm Mmm so good!
