Buffalo Chicken Dip
Made this with 2 boiled chix breasts, shredded. 2 packets of cream cheese and one cup bleu cheese dressing. Used Anchor buffalo wing sauce (whole bottle) and a few shots of Frank's Red Hot. Used pita bread cut up and brushed with melted butter and baked. Fabulous and addicting!

Deer Poppers
I made these for a end of year fantasy football game. I didn't use any seasoning, but I had Carribean Jerk marinade so I used that, marinated the venison chunks for about 5 hours, used bottled sliced jalapenos and high quality bacon. Gone in no time, everyone thought the heat was just right. Even people who didn't like hot stuff liked them, and people who didn't like venison had no idea it was venison

Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Mini Quiches
Fantastic, you can do a lot with this recipe! Had for guests and everyone chowed them! I followed the recipe but didn't have hash browns, and just did red and yellow pepper, not green. It set up perfectly, I didn't use baking cups.
