Quinoa Black Bean Burgers
I followed this recipe exactly except for the bread crumbs, I used oats because that's what I had. I don't know why, but the patties were crumbly and kept falling apart when I tried to form them. I thought they would hold better once cooked, but they didn't. Every time I flipped them in the pan, they'd break into pieces. I don't know what would have helped (maybe another egg?) as I'm not familiar with making homemade burgers. Taste was ok. Would not make again though.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Used 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, and followed the rest of the recipe to a T. Did put the potatoes in 30 mins before chicken, so not to dry out the meat. Found that I couldn't get my potatoes crispy, I even took the chicken out when it was done and put the potatoes under the broiler for 10 mins. Flavour was good, but you definitely need to be a fan of rosemary, as it's pretty overpowering. Not sure if I would make again, wasn't my fav.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef
I was a little weary about this recipe, as I do not usually use packages such as soup mixes in my meals. Also my boyfriend assured me that he doesn't like the flavour of onion soup. Well, I couldn't get him away from the leftovers after dinner! He was trying to have 3rds! I had to shoo him away so I could save some for dinner tomorrow! It was really yummy! Used a 2lb lean cut, cooked on high for 6-7 hours, was perfect! I used low-sodium soy sauce. Took a portion of the juices to make a gravy in a pan with some corn starch and froze the rest of the liquid to use as a broth in a future recipe. We had garlic mashed potatoes and corn as sides. Can't wait for left overs! Thanks for sharing! :)
