FANTASTIC! i made this for a party and it was a huge hit! I used skim milk and half-and-half, and I tempered the eggs with the hot milk mixture a little at a time. I didn't add any rum to the actual mixture, I just had brandy & rum available if people wanted to add it to their beverage. Multiple people told me they don't like store bought egg nog but loved this!
