I am a professional culinarian at a college in Albany NY. I really love where I work and those I work with are fantastic. I like the challenge of making something that picky young adults like. Believe me it's not easy. Some how though my partner and I seem to get a handle on things.

Morraccan (sp?) Stew. A vegetarian version I make where I work is a real crowd pleaser.

A big pot-luck get together...we all bring our favorite dish.
My cooking tragedies
Simply not getting enough color on my bar-b-que chicken. Color means flavor.....just remember BLACK is not a color!
