Easy Cucumber Salad

This is wonderful! I also added tomato & onion to mine & it tasted great. Very quick to make & it's still good even if you don't let it sit in the fridge for as long as the recipe calls for.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These cookies were definitely good & I will make them again but they were certainly not the best I've ever had. They stayed really soft which I loved!

Very good salsa! I used two jalapenos, a little extra lime juice and less cilantro (I just seasoned to taste). This freezes really well-I made it on Tues, stuck it in the freezer & set it out to thaw Fri. Took it to a party on Sat & got lots of compliments! Next time I will drain the tomatoes after chopping-I had to pour out quite a bit of extra juice.

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Too bland for our taste...did not enjoy this. I followed the advice of others & cooked the chicken in chicken broth & I added extra lemon juice & it still turned out a little dry.

Pumpkin Bars I

This recipe definitely made pumpkin cake, not bars, but no matter-it was delish! Came out really moist & fluffy. I used store bought cream cheese frosting. I baked it in a large cookie sheet with sides rather than 2 9x13 dishes & it was perfect.

Hot Chocolate Mix II

Very good hot chocolate! I followed the advice of others & added 2 boxes of chocolate pudding mix. I had to run the finished mix through the food processor to get rid of the powdered milk lumps. Turned out great!

Glazed Apple Cookies

These cookies are SO GOOD!! I used white whole wheat flour & left out the nuts. The cookies would be great without the glaze if you wanted to cut some sugar but after trying a cookie before I glazed them & then another after, the glaze really made the cookies! AWESOME recipe! I am taking some to family tonight.

Savory Chicken Breasts

This dish is excellent! I too used stuffing mix in place of the bread crumbs & muenster cheese instead of swiss. Tasted great! My husband does not eat much chicken & even he loved it. And it was really simple to make.
