Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Reviewed: May 14, 2003
This was excellent, I did add a small amount of cooked shell noodles. The water chestnuts add such a nice crunch. I am not a Mayo fan, so I did use Miracle Whip instead.

Double-Cheese Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2003
This was a very good meatloaf. Next time, I will decrease the amount of onion because it was a little overwhelming, but definitely worth making again.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2003
These are SO good!! I took the advice of an earlier reviewer and baked them at 375, but be careful that you bake them long enough. Mine were a little doughy. But definitely a keeper!!

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2003
These cinnamon rolls are so tender and delicious. The frosting is ok, but not a whole lot of cream cheese flavor. Maybe because I used low fat cream cheese. I used my kitchen-aid mixer and dough hook, these are VERY easy to make!!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2012
Oh my goodness, this was amazing!! My daughter and I were still sneaking bites as we cleared the table. I used about 3 pounds of potatoes, cutting them into large bites before boiling. I used sour cream with chives and left out the green onion. Instead of the bread crumbs, I crumbled butter crackers (Club) over the top and sprinkled with a little Parmesan. This was so easy and will be a new family favorite!!

Momma Lamb's Famous Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2002
i make this using whatever fruit i have on hand, often a bag of frozen mixed fruit, fresh strawberries, and bananas. i mix the bananas with a little lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. i also use sugar free pudding because my husband is diabetic. this is a fabulous recipe!!!

Minnesota's Favorite Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2003
I found these on another site under the name Minnesota Munchers. They are so good! Very rich tasting. I undercook them a little because I like softer cookies. I also used a combination of semi-sweet and white chocolate chips because I didn't have milk chocolate ones. Definitely will make again!!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2002
These are very good, don't overcook and they will be just a little crispy on the edges and so soft and chewy in the middle. Not particularly spicy, but maybe my cloves are old.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: May 23, 2005
This is a great recipe. I used 8 cups of rhubarb and 6 cups of strawberries. I love the topping so I don't cut that part of the recipe in half. I don't think it makes too much at all.

Country Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2001
My family really liked this recipe! I mixed 1/4 of the ff onions with about 5 cups of hash browns and baked them at 375 for 15 minutes. Then, I placed the cheese slices on top, cut up about 3/4# chicken breast, and sprinkled 2 cups of thawed mixed veggies on top. I baked this for 30 minutes and stirred in another 1/4 of the onions. I put the remaining onions on top and baked for 10 more minutes. My 5 year old even said ,"mom... You're a really good cook-lol!"
