Nutella ™ Cheesecake

Turned out great! I did as others said and added an egg and didn't add sugar. Baked at 350 for 30 minutes, then refrigerated overnight. Perfect texture and consistency - will probably make again!!

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

This was very very very sweet!!!! It lasted a long time because of that. I crumbled my cookies a lot more than it is pictured, though, and I added an 1/8 tsp. of vanilla instead of salt. Good result still!
