Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

No towel needed!! You don't need to use a towle at all. just use a wax paper. bake it then take the cake out from the pan.and let it cool for a while. for 15~20 minuts. then spread the icing. i didn't even put the icing in the refirgerater like others sugestions. because it is easy to spread it when it is soft. Peel the wax paper as you roll the cake. then put it in the refirageratr till you serve it. just cut the cake in slices before serving. it is so easy.

This is a great recipe! My husband and the kids loved it! I made a little bit of change though. I used Dijon mustard and cut the butter in half as recommended by others.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

I’m a vegetarian but rest of my family is not. So I always look for something that we all could eat. (not making 2 or 3 different meals at night to please everyone.) I loved this recipe as it is. But for my husband, no. It didn’t have that much flavor. So second time when I made this, I add taco seasoning, He liked it but still it wasn't so great. Third time, I add hamburger meat and taco seasoning. He loved it! Thanks you for sharing this recipe!!

Sausage Sauerkraut Supper

We loved it! I don’t have a slow cooker so used a big pot instead. I used a smoked polish sausage and that gave a good flavor. Personally, I wouldn’t add 1 teaspoon pepper next time. It was just too much for us.

Fudge Brownies I

I followed other’s suggestions and used only 2 eggs. Baking time took almost for 50 minutes ! It was hard as a rock!! Couldn’t even cut or chew. Maybe next time I would just follow the original recipe…

Easy Key Lime Pie I

I feel bad that i only gave 1 star when everyone is giving 5 stars. maybe it's just me, but i didn't like it at all. don't know what i did wrong, but it didn't set and end up baking 45 minutes. Second time, fallowed others' suggestions. I used 2 cans condensed milk, 4 egg yolks, 2/3 cup of lime juice and the zest of two limes. still didn't turn right.
