Zucchini Apple Bread

Great bread! I made a few healthy swaps. I used 1 1/3 cup flour and 1 cup each of whole wheat and whole wheat pasty flowers. Cut the apples into very small chunks. Also used apple sauce in place of oil as I do in all my baking recipes. Alos used all egg whites.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

Very easy and yummy! I used regular sugar instead of brown sugar as suggested in a previous recipe. I also used whole wheat pastry flower so it was a little more healthy. Turned out amazing!

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

This pie is amazing! I added an extra 1/8 cup of sugar and doubled the spices per others recommendations. It turned out so well! I used a whole wheat crust recipe from Very Best Baking that I have used before and it worked out great. Hands down, a great recipe!

Cranberry Swirl Coffee Cake

This was great! I made in an 8x8 pan, not enough for a bundt pan. I suggest using the whole 14oz can of cranberries. Used 3/4 white flour and 1/4 whole wheat.

PHILLY Maple Nut Cheese Ball

This cheeseball is AMAZING! I made it for my holiday party at work and it was devoured in minutes. I served it with Ritz whole wheat crackers. Very tasty. The key is to let it sit for a couple of hours before adding the pecans and syrup.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner

This recipe is AMAZING! I make it every year now for Christmas Eve for my in-laws. As other reviewers have stated, there is a lot of extra sauce left over. I have found that it works wonders the next day over some pasta noodles. My husband raves to family and friends about this recipe. I use fat free half and half to cut down on the fat and not as much butter to saute the mushrooms. All in all a wonderful recipe that I will continue using!
