Pork Chops in Red Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2010
I only had one porkchop let from the pack and didn't know how to fix it. I chose this recipe to try for lunch. It was GREAT! The only thing I changed was I used Seasoned Salt instead of regular salt. I alsp didn't have anything to cover the dish with so I put it in the oven for only 45 minutes. I will be cooking this again for dinner one day!

Key Lime Cake III

This was the best cake I ever made. It was very moist. I gave my family a piece of it and they were all begging for more.

Mama's Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This dressing was very good. It was my first time making homemade dressing and I was a little skeptical of how it would taste, but it came out great. My husband even loved it.

Yummy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
This was great! The only thing was the soy sauce made the pork chop a little salty. Next time I will use a little less soy sauce or either reduced sodium soy sauce. Also I added chopped onion to the pork chop while cooking.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
This was very good, but I did make a few changes. I put seasoned salt, pepper, as well as the onion powder. i also marinated the chicken in vegatable broth prior to cooking. Loved it.

I liked this porkchop because of the sweetness it had to it.

Baked Omelet Roll

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
I definitely agree with the other reviews when saying it is too much flour. It rose very high when baking. It settled just enough for me to fold it over into half like an omelet. I cut the recipe down by half so that I wouldn't make as much and I cooked it in a glass pie pan. It took 15 mins to cook and I added sausage while cooking and chopped tomatoes when done. After folding the omelet I topped it with salsa. It actually ended up being great to eat but the recipe needed rewriting a little.
