I have been doing this for years as a snack or lunch for my kids. When we have spaghetti I always make way too much meat sauce so I just save it for this snack. It is also delicious with Manwich (we like BBQ but both are good)!!!

Pork Fried Rice

This was a very good recipe! I did use chicken instead of pork just because of our preference. I also bought the bag of carrots and peas blend in the freezer section. This really was a convenience. I let it simmer on low for a while so that the vegetables would be tender. I dont like crunchy peas!

Egg Rolls a la Paye

I have found a new favorite! These were absolutley delicious. My husband (who doesnt like egg rolls:) devoured them! I only had a half of one left over for lunch the next day.

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

This was very good. I had already cooked my chicken the night before so I just added it all to a skillet and let it simmer for a while. I also added in some brown sugar and about two pineapple slices that I had leftover in the fridge.

White Cheese Sauce

This was very good. The only change I will make it to add a little jalapeno instead of some many chili's next time! Dint have quite enough of a kick for me.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This was wonderful! I had a little trouble getting the top layer to stay rolled out and cover the cream chesse so the cream cheese came out over the top. It didnt look pretty but the flavor was delicious.
