Hi all! I'm brand new to Allrecipes and I am excited to start building up my own collection of new and exciting recipes! I am 22, and recently moved to my own apartment, so it's about time I start making myself dinner every night, and pre-make my lunches for work. My favorite things to cook
I use my oven only once in a while, though I am open to expanding my horizons with my cooking comfort level when it will really add to my dish. My most preferred and comfortable cooking tool is the stove,although I do love the super simple nature of the toaster oven, and microwave, of course. I steer clear of red meat for the most part, but I live for seafood- I eat it all! I also try to make sure I have vegetables at least once a day, and I particularly love anything green and leafy.
I LOVE: soups, spicy foods, sushi/raw/fish, anything and everything asian, cheese, garlic, trying new foods!
I DON'T LOVE: nuts, peanut butter, mushrooms, heavy cream, coconut,
