Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Cocktail Meatballs

SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!!! Added rice to the mix and it was awesome. Didnt have cabbage mix but didn't need it. Mixed a southwest ranch with the salsa for a little extra tang. One of my fav recipes and so quick and easy!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

The perfect chocolate chip cookie!!! I reccomend using a teaspoon rather than a tablespoon to portion out your cookies. Otherwise they are just huge! Brought these to work and got LOTS of compliments.

Cheese Sauce Over Cauliflower

Finally found the PERFECT cheese sauce! Love it, and will make this all the time now. Perfect consistency. I cut brocoli and cauliflower into bouquets not like the picture. I didn't use any thyme, ir didn't need any anyways =]

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

AMAZING!!!! If you love coffee and cheesecake this is the one for you!! I used one double shot of espresso from starbucks for this. Brought it to x-mas dinner and it got rave reviews. Fantastic!!! Also i DID NOT use a waterbath and it still came out PERFECT.....not even one crack in it. The graham cracker crust is perfect too. Love it!!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Too Much Chocolate Cake

So shocked at how this tasted considering all the great reviews. Honestly nothing went wrong making it, it just tasted like a boxed chocolate cake. Nothing special what-so-ever. Very basic, nothing to rave about and certainly not worthy of winning any type of cooking competition!! My guests seemed to enjoy it but i won't be making it again.

Cream Puffs

After reading instructions from other reviewers this turned out pretty good!! Filling does taste a little chemically though. My guests loved them and they were easy to make.
