Halloween Bloody Baked Rats
Love the rat idea...the kids said..."cool, dead rat for dinner!" It was such a hit...they wanted me to take photos. Thanks for the great idea. My tweaks included no processed seasoning mix..used my own seasonings, and no cheese! The kids look forward to making this again!

Morning Glory Muffins I
Mighty tasty for a healthy muffin. Looks like many of us have the same tweek...sub applesauce for apple butter and oil. I also reduced the sugar to 1 cup and will decrease it again next time. For my topping I combined wheat germ, cinnamon, and a 1/4 tsp of nu-stevia. The kids had no idea there was wheat germ on them. Excellent recipe...thanks for sharing!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
As a busy Mom, I rarely have the time to make this recipe. (also I dislike the 13 X 9 mess) My remedy: I prep the sauce in a skillet and once thickened, throw in boneless, skinless chicken strips and cook until no longer pink. Quicker and still tasty!
