Foolproof Rib Roast

This is a HIT!!! on our Christmas Dinner. Everybody love IT. The changes I made is using Sirloin Beef Roast instead of Rib Roast because in China, it's not easy to get Rib Roast if you didn't order 1 week before. And, I used parsley-garlic powder. Thanks SALSIEPIE ;)

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I tried to make it last night and it's very good. I used 2 table spoons of olive oil instead of butter or margarine. Add chopped dried chilli. And, it only needs less than 10 minutes to cook it... I will try to make again next time
