Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

I have this every time we go to our favorite restaurant so went looking for the recipe. Absolutely delicious! I used a small container of whipping cream and 5 oz container of blue cheese crumbles. Sautéed onions and mushrooms. Served with wild rice/quinoa and grilled asparagus. Will eat this many more times!

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting

Wonderful lemon cake! I followed suggestions to use cake flour, reduce powdered sugar in frosting and add lemon juice in cake. I also added yellow food coloring in the frosting. Great lemon taste and I will make again
