Peanut Butter Noodles

I followed the recipe exactly, except I added julienned carrots and chicken. The sauce is way to thick, and the taste is not bad the first bite, but then it gets really sickening. I wanted to like this, but sadly didn't.

Famous Butter Chicken

I liked the idea, but found it a little too bland. Added some more spices. I also didn't cook the chicken for 40 minutes, but 30, and it was still a little dry.

Morning Glory Muffins I

These muffins were very good, but I have to admit that I altered the recipe quite a bit since I didn't have some of the ingredients at hand. I cut the sugar down to almost half, and the muffins were still sweet enough for my taste. Also didn't have apple butter so used buttermilk. Sustituted half the oil with buttermilk. Used dried apricots istead of rasins. Doubled the walnuts. I think this is a really good basic recipe that can be altered to fit taste and the ingredients at hand.

Blueberry Crumb Bars

Yummy!! I totally loved these! Used frozen berries, added twice the amount of cornstarch, added half a teaspoon of ground vanilla bean and substituted some of the flour with oats. The cooking time were perfect, even with frozen berries.

Donut Muffins

Fun to make - fun to eat! A little heavy on the nutmeg imo. Don't get to hung up in the amount the recipe yields as the size of mini-muffin pans varies. Just fill the pan 2/3 full and you will have cute, mushroom like donut-muffins. Used margarin for the dough and butter for coating as it tastes more.

I thought this was just ok. There is not any salt in it and since salt is a flavour enhancer I thought the pie tasted bland.
